Co-Insurance
Usually a percentage of the total medical bill, for example, 20%, after your deductible has been met.
Co-Payment
The part of your medical bill you must pay each time you visit the doctor. This is a preset fee determined by your health insurance policy.

Co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles are expected to be paid in full at the time of each visit. We accept most major debit/credit cards. We DO NOT accept checks.
Through active collaboration and shared decision-making with patients, Dr. Diaby adopts a patient-centered model which take into consideration comprehensive care plans in which mental health and social needs receive equal attention.
